Subscriptions

You may cancel a CableMint Field Tools Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and access will normally continue through the end of the paid billing period.

Refund requests

If you experience a billing error, duplicate charge, or material service problem, contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed. Where applicable, refunds may also be handled by our Merchant of Record or payment provider under its buyer protection and refund procedures.

Digital access

Because paid digital services can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are not guaranteed for simple change-of-mind requests after access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
